You have done another excellent job Gabriel. I bet you would run the best adventure as a DM into any of the Domains of Dread! I have learned many things to go back and incorporate into the I6 Ravenloft module, such as using Strahd as an NPC to taunt and interact with the characters, to using the idea of severed vampire body parts as wards against other vampires. Fighting Vampires in the daylight is riskier than fighting Vampires after dark, this is because the vampire will attempt to kill you faster to avoid delaying his or her sleep, and if it's an Elder or, may the Gods Help you and have mercy, an Ancient Vampire then it will kill you in blink of the eye, they can walk about the day time with little to no troubles,

Guide to hunting the undead particularly the intelligent kind like vampires liches and death Knights Step one be some type of divine agent ie cleric,Paladin, chosen of the morning Lord, Divine crusader, Inquisitor and Celestial champion are your best bet as far as class With a handful of really dedicated cross class combinations your choices are an Arcane spell Caster Ranger taking one of the planar variance or substitutions presented in Unearthed Arcana 3.5e back that up with Arcane Archer Or be a Divine spell caster like a cleric or an incarnate and from their pickup the Divine equivalent of Arcane Archer A very specific build of Monk combining a few classes to create a much stronger and character however this character will be extremely weak at the beginning like the last two options I'll present Psionic ie: psychic Warrior, soulknife, enlightened soul and or Divine mind as presented in the 3.5 complete psionics, psionics manual,and extended psionics and psionics player handbook The last option is supremely janky requiring a specific setup normally you cannot do extra sneak attack damage to Undead however The Prestige class Ebon blade adept and undead hunrt as wall as the undead Slayer as well as a couple of items allow you to get around this Beyond that be a high-powered high-level spellcaster anything except a psionis-telepath literally any other discipline / science will work as long as you are not a telepath Psychokinesis and move stuff Meta-creationists make stuff Clairvoyant see stuff Or even a damn Nomad and move to stuff Undead are immune to telepathic and psychic attacks there for a telepath is useless against them however somebody who can use disintegrate concussion true telekinesis bio-current will work so will a creative energy blast and a nomads psycho teleportation and a seer avoid them
