Realized it today while I was in the shower, completeltly sober, without even watching spiritual videos for a looong time. It's so profound. I feel united with everything and everyone. I look at my parents or my cats or my boyfriend and all I see is different versions, different "avatars" of myself. I look in the mirror and all I see is a beautiful avatar! This isn't me! This is just a temporary experience gathering avatar!

It happened, it really happened, Leo. This was the most profound, beautiful and important discovery of my life. I AM GOD. My life will never be the same. I sobbed like 3 seperate times last night. I would encourage everyone watching to watch on psychs. While it can happen sober, and I got a glimspe of it sober, tripping is what made me truly feel this phenomenon. And it has carried over into sober life. I'm going to be meditating a lot more. Thank you, Leo. Thank you for what you do. You are changing lives :)

I broke through to another level of consciousness a few days ago and it was pure bliss. I felt as though I was connected to the universe and everything in it. Every single moment was happiness. I managed to totally disconnect from my thoughts and find the beauty in everything. There was no worries, no negativity, It was as though I was drunk on happiness. It lasted about 3 days. It was amazing. I listened to this last night while high. I've been having some mini breakthroughs in understanding reality/God. Well I got about a quarter of the way through and when I started deconstructing my mind by following your guide, HUGE fear rose up. It was crippling. Felt like I was gonna die or lose myself. I had to stop the video. I wanted to keep going but this voice in my head said "don't." Guessing my ego wasn't a fan of it.

I like to think of that scene in The Matrix when the kid was bending the spoon. "Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. ... I’ve never had one persons words have such a profound effect on me. I suffer from anxiety and agoraphobia and entered this video with a very open mind after a bad day. It will take a lot of practice to throw all those ideologies away, I’ve had 40 years of being taught them. But I practiced again this morning for 20 mins , just being still and remembering what you said. What came to mind was as a child, I have brief memories at maybe 4 years old of having a spiritual feeling like I’d been here before or there was some connection. Finally I think I have it again or at least a good glimpse of it. I think the child’s brain, free of science and reasoning and all that we are educated is able to connect spiritually to the consciousness. I never thought I’d say anything so “hippy” lol. When I practiced again today I smiled , and in daily life I rarely smile , I don’t find many jokes that funny ... I’m depressed. I feel energised after it, my palms are sweaty, almost a little anxious but at the same time the emptiness inside me I’ve felt for so long had a tingle and that sort of feeling when you’re safe or proud of something, that confident fullness inside your chest. Doing this practice I didn’t have the constant negative thoughts which keep my anxiety going. They were replaced by the beauty of what god sees and there was no room for them. Still now I’m feeling a little high , like in a slightly scary way ... like my brain is not used to this awakening and has swung into strange area from my depression. I will have to take it easy and slowly practice because I’ve had so many years of anxiety and depression but heartfelt thanks Leo. I hope I can maintain the focus to keep practising and get closer.

I am writing this comment for those who wish to hear a detailed story of god and god realisation. Leo's description of this practice is elegant, and I wish to thank him for making this video. God is a simple thing to understand once you wrap your mind around it. If you were to understand the true meaning of the term "god" then I assure you that it will give your great peace. From my personal experience, once you KNOW what god is, things such as fear, anger, anxiety, sadness, greed, and jealousy will be liberated form your soul. Furthermore, you will be given the gift of liberation from the fear of death. Firstly, death is the biggest lie you have been told. Death is not the end of consciousness but the attainment of the greatest consciousness. You see, when you die everything that was you (the way the ego sees itself) is gone. Your body, thoughts, feelings, emotions, intelligence, individuality and ego cease to exist. The only thing that will remain is your consciousness, which is the only thing that has ever been you. At the most basic level, you are not life, but are experience (consciousness). Would you disagree if I were to say that you feel "alive" because you can experience the point in space-time you are in? The truth is life is equatable to experience (consciousness). Instead of using the term "I am alive" a more appropriate and realistic term should be "I experience". Death expands your experience because in reality the only thing that "dies" or "ceases to exist" is the ego of the mind. It is the ego that lies to you about your own reality. The ego is what you think yourself to be "you". The death of the ego is what all life has been fearing since time immemorial. So then what is god? The simple answer to this question is, god is what you think god to be. There have been millions of religions since the genesis of human intellect. Would you agree if I said all those gods are real? Perhaps not but it is true. You see, a more complex and real definition of god would be "infinity". The term "infinity" may startle you at first (as it did me), however that is the most logical way to explain what the word "god" means using the words of the English language. infinity means something which has no end. With this in mind you must understand what has no end. Your imagination and thoughts have no end. Your brain has no restrictions as to how much thoughts it will produce. As long as you are "alive" you will be producing thoughts. The only thing that is truly infinite in this universe is a functioning mind's capacity to produce thoughts at high volumes. Buddhist monks have known this as they had developed the meditation technique of focusing on your breathing to quiet the mind. Because thoughts exist in infinity and god is infinity, they are equal to each other. You see, you can not have 2 things that are infinite. If I had an infinite amount of oranges and an infinite amount of apples, then I would just have infinity. 2(infinity) is not possible, only infinity = infinity is possible. Therefore, god is every thought you will ever have, and as an extent any god you can think of. 2 things that are in unlimited supply can only be the same thing. When we die we understand that we are itself infinity or a member of infinity. You see, infinity - 1 = infinity, and infinity + 1 equals infinity. In other words, you are infinity and a member of infinity, there is no difference. That is why many call themselves the ultimate, godhead, or alpha and the omega.

I think for most viewers here the most challenging is to realize that something is literally nothing and you’ve been here forever. Once you become one with it you’ll see how brilliant this is. Just speechless.

Well this is a first time. Here I am crying without any reason. Feeling scared, shaken, and oddly happy and at peace at the same time. And the strangest of all, that I'm comfortable with all this.

what I 'got' from doing this is that life is equal to experience. Experience is equal to consciousness. our consciousness (experience) is filled with information we have gathered since our birth. This equates 'our' consciousness to bias views. God realisation is the process of ignoring the 'stories' we have heard, thus removing these bias ideas.

This is exactly what I experienced on bufo. Every bit of it makes perfect sense to me. Only, I realized something in the last year or so, gradually. I like the game. I like to have a “higher power”. I like to be humble and learn and grow and pursue and become. I could bask in the glory and peace of the nothingness, and sometimes I do. But more often, I like to stay in that binary state and learn from my children. Once you understand this incredible truth, you also understand that you have a choice of what to do with it. I am reminded of playing dominos with my grandfather. For years I could never beat him. Just once, just once, I wanted to win. Until the day I finally did. That was the last game we ever played because he had succumbed to dementia. And I realized, it wasn’t winning that was important. I just loved the game. This existence is so precious. Taking on the God role is an incredible burden. But giving up that burden to a higher power is liberating. We can know the truth and choose to keep playing in the binary state. That is how you can both become God and get the dishes done.

this video has mentioned so much things I've learnt and noticed with just being alive and having a hunger for knowledge. I'm 19 but I will watch this video and meditate on it everyday because i view this as a fundamental fact but more importantly I understand the words and concepts but I'm yet to truly feel and experience what it is like to truly be present and aware. society is so consumed with distractions and a lack of self yet i still have so much faith that we will all remove the story's and mindsets that are installed in are minds and enjoy knowing that you are everything and nothing so experience anything and everything that you deem worth while.

Certainly not what i would call "not offensive" or "easily perceivable" for most of people out there, but for sure a state that is very useful when you know how and when to invoke it. It is so difficult to verbally communicate. I guess that's what musicians make people experience with sound, or filmmakers make people experience with their craft, and so on. When you intentionally throw away any descriptions of items and are only left with pure perception of them, it's truly a flow-like kind of state. Takes open-mindedness for sure, but so so worth it. Even the word "God" is not important at all in this exercise, what's important is to understand that "there is no spoon, there's only you". Gosh, it's so difficult to actually describe this state, as there's really nothing more than perception in it. I can only invoke associations that that would make YOU invoke this state, but can't truly "turn it on" in you. Why "God", instead of literally anything else, is only to: 1. Filter out most of the people who would not be comfortable to click on a video that challenges their core beliefs 2. Challenge the viewer to see one of the most important "symbol" in a completely different way Seeing everything merged together, is so freeing. It's like making thick jelly of hardened thoughts liquid like water again.

half an hour into the video and my sober everyday life feels already psychadelic. love it. just paused to sit with the „unknown unknown“, lots of questions arising ! This experience right now has me atonished and fully present, i‘m curious only by noticing the reality out of mind. Being out of mind is the only way to not be out of mind. But here‘s the reason for my comment: ‼️even though i‘m really in a zone right now i‘ve become aware that my mind tries to „explain“ the exposed found weirdness of reality by the story „This is just a spiritual experiment and another mindblowing vid by leo“. Just thought i‘d write that down here to help others who experience the same trap! Right now, i try to become aware that i don‘t have any technical ideas how there‘s leo in this phone, and how i can hear him. Throwing away the explanations for this exercise and where it comes from. The words he is saying to me have an effect on my understanding of the world that is caused by the way i become aware of things around me, it is NOT him explaining stuff or guiding me through some kind of experience. i am sitting here having this experience and the weird thing is i can change it,and i do change it because i find his words very interesting. Grateful for getting these words that trigger such a curosity and cause a flame of consciousness, burning down the „normal“, leaving only atonishment. Thank you ! Gonna press the triangle now, which out of subconscious experience i know to be the continuation of this „video“ human leo that i know from past experiences.
