15 minutes in and I am failing at this hard. My foot itches , nothing is normal about my breathing ( must have forgotten how ), i keep wondering if I forgot to do something like pay my phone bill, i really need to pee and pretty sure the caffeine I had 12 hours ago is sneak attacking me.
I often wondered that because it is possible to become lucid (awake) in our dreams and consciously alter the dreams outcome. Wouldn’t it then be possible to dream while awake? Thus having the power to alter reality?
How do we know we're not dreaming now that we are dreaming we're awake and we have a life and we dream that we wake up and really we're just having the same dream we're we left off from and life is all a dream😅
