Mei, is it possible to have the text of the meditation posted for those of us who have difficulty hearing?

Mei-Lan l love your meditation but do you have one where you take us to a point and leave us for awhile where we have a long pause with no words? This way l am not concentrated on your words but on the Nothing so l am one with with the pause.I AM a fan of yours and love all that you bring to my heart.

Wonderful stuff! But throwing the adds in there are unfortunate.. maybe if you have to place adds in guided videos like these you could put them at very beginning or end so it doesn’t disturb the beautiful flow 3 times mid way ? Something to thing about & if I’m the only person on your channel bringing it up then by all means ignore me lol
