PRO TIP: You can script the verbiage of this guided meditation, record it on your phone in YOUR voice and it is likely to accelerate the rate of impression and speed your manifestation. I had done a bunch of guided meditations from and for males and gotten very little. But once I recorded my own, my world changed in a major way. My subconscious mind responds to my voice better than someone else's. Jasmine's approach and verbiage is great, but it may be hard for you to soak it up and reprogram if it's her voice versus your own.

Guys just apply what she says. Do the meditations. Stop asking questions that tell the old story, i.e “I’ve been blocked” or “he/she doesn’t feel the same”. Apply what she says. She gives you everything you need. It’s tough at first but just intend for it to become easy and effortless. Remember that circumstances don’t matter. That’s anything you can think of that you feel is blocking you. Intend for everything to be easy

Allowed myself to forget about my sp for a few days, make myself important and my weekend started with him telling me what a powerful and amazing queen I am. Literally for hours 😁

Listen.... I followed the meditation Monday eve and after 3 weeks of no contact, sp called by noon the next dsy! He wanted to see me!!! I was shook!

I want to start off by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH UNIVERSE AND THANK YOU SO MUCH JASMINE!! So I listened to this video before I went out with a friend. And I ended up seeing my specific person. We just had a casual chat but I honestly didn’t think I’d see him. It’s just an affirmation from the universe it’s all working in my favor.

I listened to this and not even ten minutes he texted me after days of no contact. Still nothing about getting back together but it was something

I had texts and a missed call from him 10 minutes in... my ringer was off! But wow. When I am in that loving vibration and set aside my limiting beliefs, I am powerful.

my SP wasn’t willing to make things serious- he’d been hurt in past relationships by manipulative women who fed on his insecurity. i cut things off (romantically) with him because he refused to make things real. the day after i did this meditation he called me to apologise, and told me that he realised in my absence that he loves me. it’s now been over a month, we spent weeks talking things out, discussing what was holding both of us back and where we saw things going. we’re now together. thank you so much

I don’t understand why everyone in the comments is still talking about their negative situation and reaffirming that reality over and over again. It’s like they listen to your videos and it goes through one ear and out the other. Iv gone back to my negative comments Iv left on other videos and tried to delete as many as I could remember. It just makes me feel worse writing and re reading what I wrote so why make yourself feel worse? It’s like you’re literally scripting what you don’t want into reality. Why continue to focus on shit you don’t want? You’re only going to manifest more of the shitty stuff. I need to just watch your videos and start to ignore the negative comments haha

This meditation literally made me sob, the entire way through. Could this be all of my negative and limiting beliefs leaving me and being rid of forever? I have no doubt that he loves me and that he thinks I’m the best girl in the world who he couldn’t get over even if he tried, and he’s told me this. But I’m aware of my current limiting beliefs and I just want to know if you believe that the tears I shed through this were me getting rid of those beliefs once and for all, because I was so submerged into the feelings of this meditation?

I was together with my specific person and we arent anymore and we werent talking and i used this and now am back to him i talk to him everyday he loves me we go out together bt he says he cant decide yet bt needs time to get back together and whenever the topic comes up he says not to think abt getting back together yet.
