Guided Meditation for Spiritual Growth 

The most perfect timing as i’ve been focusing on my spiritual well being today

This had me break down into a puddle of tears and was the most amazing release of bottled up emotions. I feel so much lighter 💕

🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Wow thank for this healing gem! Exactly what I needed. A friend of mine in his broken English always use to cheerfully sing “I’m getting free! I’m getting free” referring to spiritual freedom. I would laugh because here is this normally reserved adult man singing about being free I found it so humorous. That was years ago but now I understand what it’s like to be “getting free”. I wasn’t even aware that I was being held captive by thoughts and patterns that was robbing me of the blessing of life. I’m not where I wanna be but thank God I’m not where I use to be. I hope everyone enjoys every minute of this beautiful day and is filled and surrounded with love and kindness.
