🗒️📃📄 my note said ‘let go. Don’t force it’. And for envisioning my future self- with no specific timeline- I envisioned myself as a butterfly that is formed in a cocoon and ready to emerge. But, I’m stuck and uncomfortable and suffocating. So I try to shift around weight; I find a light from a puncture at the top of the chrysalis and I push forward to emerge! It literally felt like what a good stretch feels like to your whole body. You know the one when you just wake up from sleeping and you sprawl out (maybe even small scream from the sensations)? That. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to experience this meditation and also to share.

I was in the garden of my nana's house, the note was by my favourite bushes as a child with beautiful white flowers and it said know your worth, work hard for what you know you deserve and always remain grateful, and then i felt the presence of so many loved ones ive lost who i shared most of my memories in that house with, they were so proud of the woman ive become... thank you ❤

I came back to the spring equinox meditation because for some reason I was so drawn to it, even though it's the may 7th new moon. After the meditation, I understand why :). I feel like a whole new person and I'm ready to connect my spiritual journey with the moon cycle. Thank you so much for making these videos!
