"This is part 2 of the theory-based explanation of the echo curves of Radar level Transmitter's signal travel. The curve plots signal (mV) versus radar signal time travel. This concept applies to both wireless and guided type radar based level transmitter. This curve pattern exhibits the echo signal for double level (Interface) liquid."
This channel shares a series of hands-on, theory and simulated instrumentation and control calibration as well as troubleshooting based on process industry environment.
The approach taken mimics the real life experience that may occur in factory setting. I sincerely wish my videos will help everyone to understand about instrumentation and can apply the information learnt to real life calibration and troubleshooting.

Can it measure level water across thin ice? We have that problem in winter

Hi @Cosas47, so far I never try to measure water level through thin ice. However, you may try to measure it whether it works as expected. Thanks
