Goal- establish a practice Objective - practice for 30 days Step 1 - Intent Step 2 - Goal for the session Step 3 - minimise the expectations from the session Step 4 - Resolve to practice diligently focus on the meditation object Step 5 - knowing the obstacles and avoid them Step 6 - maintain a posture Process Meditation object - breath Start with the widest awareness Come to the body Sensation of breath throughout the body Eyebrows junction to the nostrils Tip of the nose Count the breath upto 5 Come back to the breath if you lose the flow.
