@@teetimewisdom90 everyone’s at a different point in life. My experience with sleep is if I believe I won’t sleep then I can stay up for days. If I believe I have a problem over sleeping it can happen for days. My advice is belief plays a strong role fundamentally in our health. We are all kinda just shoved in to this reality out of choice and through that we can connect if not by anything else. We can feel connected to strangers in a crowed thinking that way and never really have to feel alone

I have been going through so much for for the past 3 years, first the virus and then more things happened to me and my family. I never give up, because I know deep down in my soul things are going to be ok. I have days with a lot physical and emotional pain, and cry to God for a miracle because I have a lot of faith in myself, my family and my sweet Jesus. I will pray 🙏🤲 for you all to be health and whole. The human race needs a lot of help 👍▶️ now more than ever. Us people on this planet we 🤙 earth 🌎🌍 have been going through a rough time Le us 🙏 and hope good things are on the way for us all. I can see a Brite 🕯️ 🌟 on that dark tunnel.
