This may have been a bad idea but I listened to this to help me get a few hours sleep before I head of to work as the train manager on the GWR sleeper train from London, Paddington to Penzance tonight. Worryingly i remember no more than getting to my seat and looking out the window and woke 4 hours later!!!! Let's hope when we depart London at 2345 tonight i can stay awake the whole trip otherwise I may not be working it again!! Thanks for a great sleep aid.

One of the things I love about your meditations is the attention to considerate detail. Nothing is jarring. Everything is comfortable and accessible, and safe. Just the right level of detail, which allows the listener to fill in the blanks with their own visuals. They really are superbly crafted.

I was recommended this from my councillor I can't thank you enough it's a blessing it really is .I have been falling asleep to this train journey .you can immerse yourself in it .it clears my troubled thoughts and sleeplessness they cause . it should be on prescription. thankyou so very much iv started listening to your other recordings .its been able to travel in my head the sounds the sights the calming voice best councilling ever .thankyou from the bottom of my heart and definitely from my head lol

I love TheHonestGuys. Been trying to find 1+ hour sleep train ASMR based meditations with out any luck. I love immersive videos. Insomnia sucks so it's hard to fall asleep when your mind is racing. Etc. I love rain at window versions too. Think you guys can make something like this one time in the future? I need something strong to knock me out. :(

We have no plans as yet due to having to work through a long list of meditations, but in the meantime you could create your own playlist of the Dreamweaver train journeys, or we also do have an MP3 download of Dreamweaver. There is also our Nature Sounds Without Music playlist.

You guys mentioned somewhere to try 'pressing Autoplay manually' to stop the Ads, but I don't know how to find it! Would really appreciate trying it, especially on your mediation videos, when the Ads suddenly make you jump with a start.

It says on Google “Go to the watch screen of any video. At the top of the video player, tap the auto-play switch to set it to On or Off .” Sometimes, however, and depending on the length of the video they will place an ad at the end, which can’t be removed. Our members see no ads, and also RU-vid Premium, but there is not much else to be done, I’m afraid, Patsy

Came back to this two yrs later and still love it, its one of few things that I actually doze off too. Because I'm such a poor sleeper though, I keep alert in case, when it finishes, something else comes on that wakes me up! Is there anything I should be aware of that would mean thats not necessary?

My VERY favourite sleep meditation. I start drifting off during the deep breathing and am usually gone by the time the warm drink is being mentioned. at least that’s the last thing I remember. I am listening to it as I write this. I am so conditioned to relax with it that my eyes are getting heavy!

We never, ever run ads except *before* the mediation. Never have and never will. This is RU-vid and they are doing it to all channels who only run ads before the beginning. All we can do is contact them, but we have absolutely no control, I am afraid if they decide they want to do that :(

If you look at the buffer bar on any of our meditations, you should see there are no bright ‘dots’ which indicate manually added adverts - they should only be before the start

Guys, I love this but do you have a version without the piano music. I find it distracting because it has no place n the story so it pulls me back to reality and awakens my mind. I love the rest of this so would love a version with no music so I can keep my mind relaxed and in the train x
