success affirmations and re-worked them, adding to them and guiding you into a mini mediation session. Neville Goddard and askfirmations.
You can loop the video if you meed a longer session but there’s no need to spend hours, as the great mystic taught short and frequent sessions are recommended, especially into sleep and/or I also find upon awakening.
