Amazing what primary sources allow us to learn and recreate by mere study of a letter or journal entry. I had the privilege of participating in Mount Vernon’s teacher program. It has been one of the most amazing experiences in my life as an educator. Proud to see the dedication these Historians exhibit.

Wow awesome video and explanations of the history and equipment it’s much appreicated! I didn’t realize how in depth this process must of been back then and to think he was making good money doing it too. Now it’s time to recreate all his hemp production and get that going lol!
