NOTES:
Build and Gear at the end of the video (Full berserker, Dragonhunter runes, Force + Impact sigils, Fireworks Relic, 5 precision infusions + 13 power infusions, Cilantro Lime Sous-Vide Steak + Superior Sharpening Stone)
Signet of Fire is crucial for being crit capped.
Elemental is best dps option on golem that's why I picked it (damage of elemental is bit inflated by boons I've provided) but in real fights I suggest playing Elemental Celerity Elite skill for QoL instead of Elemental

Nevertheless you can still play with Elemental or FG's.
From my first observations it seems like 2 Elemental Celerity more less is equal to long phase dps uptime of Elemental.
If you can fit more than 2 Elemental Celerity that should be more damage overall.
For super short phases most likely FG'S is best, but I tried it briefly and it felt clunky.
If you would like to play in a more supportive way WATER ELEMENTAL (elite) would help with group sustain cause its great aoe healing of pretty much low cooldown and it also would help with upkeeping stacks.
Upkeeping stacks is pretty tight so use Arcane Brilliance after attuning to AIR, Sand Squall (EARTH 4) offcd for blast combo + boon extension
Rock Barrier (EARTH 2) increases your tougness by 250 so either don't use it at all if it could interfere with tanking on the boss/activate and consume instantly.
Use Heat Sync (FIRE 4) for higher might uptime
Use Tidal Surge (WATER 4) and Tornado (AIR 4) offcd to proc Vicious Empowerment (obviously if you would have situation like close phasing on bosses like KC while having breakbar up, remember these skills are CC's)
Wildfire (FIRE 5), Lightning Orb (AIR 5), Dust Storm (EARTH 5) proc Fireworks Relic.
Use Relentless Fire on Fire Loops when Wildfire is not on cooldown (cast RF inside of Fire Sphere for extended duration)
Coming back to AIR in between every other attunement is crucial for upkeeping FRESH AIR buff.
Run Raging Storm Trait instead of Stormsoul on not defiant bosses like CA, HT, Icebrood Construct etc. (in general it's always Stormsoul trait, just pinpointing you might want to change it on specific bosses)
Weapon change for HTCM: Take Bloodlust sigil over Force sigil and Night sigil over Impact sigil)
Rest stays the same.
