One article I read worded it as a 1000 ft slide in the headline not that it was at the 1,000 ft level so I got excited as that would be pretty scary then once I got to the bottom of the article they mention it is 45 feet. Catchy headlines are frustrating
At the 2:01 mark, the way GUILLERMO cautiously leans forward and grabs the handrail to look out the 70th floor window is SO RELATABLE to we folks who are deathly afraid of heights. I give him big respect for doing the slide.

NinjaGuy235 If you make it out of a single piece of glass that would be true, but glass panels attached to each other would be quite durable. That glass bridge in China (not the shitty one that already cracked, but the NEW one) show that it's possible.
They ALL crack. All of the glass floor bridges being made in all the various countries across the Earth. That's why they make them out of laminated 3-pane glass (with possibly a lexan core?) so that cracking is basically irrelevant to its structural integrity.
