Yeah, seeing Naoki-san while he was performing "Drift", I was convinced that Happy Chaos just impersonating him for that song specifically - but hey, it's still in-character wise, right? (LOL!)
Maybe I mean also his vocals part I feel are harder to do when not segmented into parts like they do in studio recordings, as well as the fact that he's not completely fluent in English, which would make it a lot harder to remember these lyrics in the moment.
there should be a little more preparation for this concert. at least more time for naoki recover from the jetlag and everyone get more trust to play without playback, bro i almost didn't heard aisha's voice

Also as for all Concerts they are better LIVE in person so that would prob change some peoples feelings to this also the backtrack is kinda ruining lmao(Was she even singing for Bridget’s theme?)
@@TheWorstBrainstorm they probably mixed her audio horribly and just couldn't fix it in time. Either that or her mic just decided to die and she did what she could (she was practically screaming all of disaster of passion when she realized lol)
Man this concert was freaking incredible I was so happy when they played mirror of the world my favorite theme. And man when the crowd was singing along to smell of the game that was just an amazing thing to be apart of I've never felt more connected to a community lol I really really hope they do another concert one day with more songs (and less technical difficulties in the beginning lol)
Yeah I have a feeling that didn't exactly plan this out as tight as they would have liked. But just simply fixing the sound issues would go a long way. I thought it was pretty bad watching live but upon rewatch it's the best they could do. Just sucks that all these tiny problems built up quickly. I'm really hoping that they throw in some older songs instead of JUST strive for a future concert.

It's the Joe Biden of musical performance. Constant gaffes with and underlying true brilliance. (lots of love to Naoki, the circumstances surrounding the event fucked with him).
Yo, this one is a little bit easier to listen to, and I can now see why people are saying this is one of the best concert in a while - Naoki-san, Aisha-san, Mr. Jamison Boaz, and the fans just make it a great show for the ages! Also, can we appreciated the band as well, guys? Like, Matt, Manchester, GREG, and Ricky just rocking the heck out of there(also, I love the little things these guys did: Matt sing out some of the lyrics while playing bass, GREG just do... what GREG does, and Ricky+Manchester go all out for their performance as well...) Overall, a great show indeed! P.S: Also, will you put out subtitles for this one, my man?
I'll see what I can do about subtitles. It'll have to be through RU-vid's built-in captions, but I think I can add subtitles to the video after it's been uploaded.

For me, it has to be split between Naoki-san's "I forgot my lyrics" moment, the awesome "Necessary Discrepancy" performance, the Nagoriyuki cosplay, and the GREGnation!
@@ucNguyen-ty9cx My favorite part was definitely when they played "Mirror of the World." It's my favorite song in the game, and getting to there in the audience, singing along and rocking out with the crowd, was the most incredible feeling in the world.

So uh, hes obviously not lip syncing but why were they playing the song's recorded vocals at the same time they were performing? Isnt that something lip syncers do?
Maybe bc the studio versions have like 3 vocals at some points? (Like smell of the game, drift or disaster of passion) Idk why they relied on it so hard tho, even for some instrumentals
idk anything about stage performance and using playback in a non-hack way, but it can probably be used to fill in stuff like the orchestral parts and extra vocal tracks that many themes have why they didn't just split the unmixed recordings and only play back what they needed to fill in, however, is entirely beyond me
The overuse of backing tracks here is honestly obnoxious. The guitarists are obviously playing something, but rarely do you hear them. They are mostly overdubbed by the original recordings. It's sad...
I understand that many people even like this atmosphere of unusual naoki's singing( idk if he was drunk or tired or something else). But if i were on a concert, i would be a little upset with that... he's perfomance was quite strange
Tbh this entire concert would have been 100 times better with just a week or two more of prep time, between rehearsals, audio balancing (rip Aisha's mic) and Naoki not being jet-lagged out of this world. And it probably would help with them not feeling like they need to rely so hard on the backtrack (I'm not an expert and don't know how they prepped for the concert tho, so maybe I'm just yapping)
Бл*ть дайте Наоки выспаться а то он хорошо пел только “Smell of the game” а остальное, ну я даже сам хуй знает как Наоки смог забывать половину текста?! Ну хоть увидел Наоки в записи концерта и не обращая внимания на такую проблему (как пишут в коментах) из за разницы в часовом поясе и Наоки будто пьяный выступил но на деле он просто устал как я понял?
