hope you guys enjoyed watching me redo my piggies cages! i rescued the boy pig (hyde) and later adopted the girls (fran bow & mabuka) so he could have some friends. they have been loving their new cages!

😆 have guinea pig for some reason was alone at a pet store, a 8 month old lab/pit from the shelter, 3 cats were strays kittens momma left and lots of fish freshwater and saltwater, and African clawed frogs. Husband said this it no more animals I was going go for some rats and birds but nope told me I'd have to pay for them all 😆

Also turn the connectors on the bottom so they sit flat against the table. We have two female piggies in a 2x6 Kavee cage. Also definitely suggest getting a piece of plexiglass between the two cages...they can mate through the grids...they are very determined little critters.

It’s a C&C cage (stands for Cubes and Corex/Choroplast) They’re really good cages I have a fairly big one for my 4 girls and they are so much better than most pet shop cages. You can find them on Amazon or go on specific websites like Kavee

This is amazing! The matching cow print bedding is the cutest thing ever! I currently have a dwarf hamster, and I’m dying to get a pair of guinea pigs but need to save up a bit first! Your guinea pigs are so beautiful and have such a happy life 🐹☺️

Your cages look so nice! You should try having unrestricted piles of hay in your litter boxes rather than hay bags. My little guys absolutely love to play, burrow, and nap in their big hay pile. It keeps them warm if they get chilly, and they have tons of fun foraging for dried herbs or cut up veggies hiding in the hay. Loose hay is the best! They can make a mess of it, but using a rubber brush/broom sweeps it off the fleece in no time. Your piggies are adorable!

Agree. Hay is really loved by the pigs when they can lay on it, and burrow in it. They can also sort through the pile and get what they want.

Hi I was just wondering If you take a suggestion? Try putting an extra grid higher on the walls if you encourage them to get on hideys they may climb up and fall out and those tables are high up. Other than that I love this

thank you!! i swear nobody does neutral piggy cages, and since mine are out in the open i needed them to not be a bright colored eyesore haha. i’m thinking of opening an etsy shop with all neutral guinea pig accessories so stay tuned :)

@@jessicamcferron5437 i wash them once a week! before i wash them i vacuum them with a brush attachment so i can get most of the hair and hay out. then i wash them in warm water on high spin with white vinegar as softener and some fragrance free detergent. i let them air dry in the sun afterwards :)

OH MY GOD we got CNC cages for my guinea pigs and it literally took like 2 days to build every time you would try to build something else something else would break but I think it was also harder because we were doing two levels

I recommend the Ozaroo Large Hay Cubes for guinea pigs. I have two for my boys and they absolutely love them! Barely and hay gets wasted and provides a chew box too. You can get these off amazon really cheap!

I also got glued the bottom of my cage as well lol 😂 it was the only this I could do to keep it together and from falling apart I’m so happy I’m not the only one that was having issues setting up my cage

This is so adorable I have 6 Guinea pigs and I don’t recommend using those bottles as they can drink as much as a dog so I’d buy a dish like your salad one😁

You should check out Guinea Pig Jungle! Her channel and piggies are so cute & so are yours!! One thing- maybe consider giving the girls something that is more like a hut and closed off on more sides so they can properly hide? Just a thought

The problem with that and 2 pigs is that if one is inside and the dominant pig wants to go it they can't get out so they might fight, and then if there is 2 exits it's more open so you can't win really

Awhhhh I remember when i had piggies and everytime I would walk in the room they would squeak like that ;( Had to give them away because we unexpectedly had to move into a mobile house and we had no space.. they are in a loving home now and are getting spoiled as much as I spoiled them before

I am planning on getting some piggies, and this video helped me on what I would need! I cannot afford to get the same fleece liner, but I found one on Amazon for cheaper. I am so excited to get my piggy or piggies! Where I am, the store is too expensive, so at some point after I get the first one, I will get another one! I love this video!! I have two Guinea pigs and I’ve been using the fluff litter for them, but it gets expensive to change out the litter every week. I can’t wait to get a new set up for my furry friends!!
