Hello, My New Guinea pig was drooling for about 10 seconds and then started running around and acted normal should I take him to the vet or not? Aiden. Also I looked online on a vet site and it said nothing about that.
it's possibly water that he drank ?? Running around is usually a happy sign. Keep an eye on him and see if he is eating and drinking normally, if not, take him to the vet.
Hamsters and Piggie 햄찌랑 기니랑 I took him to the vet and they said he is a she and she's pregnant. The vet said that pregnant piggies will do that once or twice during the pregnancy. I'm so shocked!
Hamsters and Piggie 햄찌랑 기니랑 OMG I just walked downstairs to get her some more food and I saw three guinea pig babies. The vet did say she was 60 days pregnant but I thought it would be at least 1 more day. When do i start feeding them guinea pig food, how many days or weeks old?
Another big surprise! ! ! well they can start eating normal food as soon as they are born!! But you need to feed babies Alfafa hay because they need vitamin C! Also know their genders because you will have to separate them when they get old.
