In this video we prepare a delicious chickpea stew with meatballs and spinach. A comforting, satisfying and complete dish.
Ingredientes:
250 g de garbanzos secos (550 g hidratados)
600 g albondigas (23 Und. aprox.)
800 ml de caldo o agua
120 ml de vino blanco
1 cebolla
1 zanahoria
2 tomates grandes maduros
1 diente de ajo
1 C/S de tomate concentrado
1 hoja de laurel
1/2 c/c de comino molido
1 c/c de pimenton dulce
Sal y pimienta negra molida al gusto
Aceite de oliva
100 g de espinacas frescas (opcional)
Ingredientes albondigas:
500 g de carne picada (yo: 300 g de cerdo y 200 g de ternera)
65 g de miga de pan (3 rebanadas de pan de molde sin corteza)
1 huevo
1 cebolla pequeña
2 dientes de ajo
1 c/c de perejil seco o 2 del fresco
Sal y pimienta negra molida al gusto

250 g (0.55 lb) dried chickpeas (550 g (1.21 lb) hydrated)
600 g (1.3 lb) of meatballs (23 units approx.)
800 ml (3.4 cups) of broth or water
120 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
1 onion
1 carrot
2 large ripe tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp of tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sweet paprika
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil
100 g (3.5 oz) spinach leaves (optional)
Meatball ingredients:
500 g (1.1 lb) ground meat (me: 300 g (0.66 lb) pork and 200 g
(0.44 lb) beef)
65 g (2.3 oz) diced sandwich bread (3 slices without crust)
1 egg
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp dried or 2 tsp fresh parsley
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
