Present video is following and extending GUITAR 4 and GUITAR 5 tutorial. I went quite quickly on some steps so if you did not please see previous one before or you will not enjoy this ones

We will see how to:
- configure the midi pedal to send different commands if short pressed or long pressed
- configure the external expression pedal to avoid inverted operation

Hello friend, my M-VAVE arrived today and I just finished setting it up with the help of this video. Thank you so much. Went very smoothly. This thing is heavier than I expected. I didn't realize the enclosure was metal, I expected plastic. As long as the switches hold up this should last a long time. It was about $35 total and got here in 5 days. Now, to get an expression pedal and learn more about setting up midi.

Great my friend. Yes it is a sturdy tool, I was so convinced with it I own two. I found two main issue so far: 1) it is not MIDI BLE compliant so many apps will not detect it, 2) one of my samples got corrupted memory so it is not keeping configuration, I can program it but when turned off and back on it restarts into Program Change B modality. Mvave was supportive, they provided a software to try a firmware refresh but no luck, thay also were willing to replace it but shipping cost for me would have surpassed the price

Grazie mille anche per per questo video molto ben fatto ed esaustivo! Infatti sono riuscito ad applicare il tutorial anche per il Mighty plug pro e funziona alla grande! Adesso sto cercando la giusta configurazione, per ora ho messo sullo short press di a un preset clean, sul b un crunch, su c un lead, su d tap tempo del delay; sul long press a toggle reverb, sul b toggle modulation, sul c toggle delay, sul d toggle eq per usarlo come boost di ogni canale. Il pedale di espressione sarebbe bello poterlo usare com wah ma non c'è ancora l'algoritmo (magari per un autowah) speriamo lo implementino in futuro. Buona musica e continua così!🙏🏼😀🎸

Hi, I have a question. Do I need to have the smartphone and the app up and running to control the efx in the NUX Device?

Hi, to apply what described in this video, yes you do. It is the app that transmit to the Nux device so it must be up and running and connected to the device. Luckily it can be in background and your screen can be off. There are other videos where it is shown better, try GUITAR 4 on the same channel

Connecting footswitch with mighty pro via iPhone? Is this possible without the mightier app? Because this app is not available for iOS.

Hi, this video still requires Mightier Amp so an Android phone or tablet. I happened to borrow an old iphone and working on it but it will take some weeks, busy at work 🙄

Hmm interesting video here. Would the Advance Custom Buttons be used having the long press be dedicated for another preset/channel? Like if I have an 8 Channel for my NUX amp (NUX mighty 40BT), I would still be able to use the Mvave chocolate with a 4 button switches.

@@TutoJam Hello my friend. I’m very excited to give you an update that I have received my new Chocolate MVave Mini Pedal, and was able to make it work for my NUX Mighty 40 BT Amp. Now this has given my amp an upgrade and could really now switch between presets using a wireless foot switch. Thanks a lot for the tips and your helpful video tutorial. 🤘🤘🤘🤘

Hi, thanks for the videos. Do you know if there is a way to control tap tempo of the delay? i didnt find, can program it using sysex in the mvave?

Hi, as far as I know Mightier Amp cannot control directly such specific parameters. The best option currently, if you need to change the delay frequency, is saving a list of presets and then you can move between them using the midi pedal. Another option, if your purpose is doing it hands free, is using octopus to simulate a screen touch like in this other video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rQWIcPzj0fg.html
