Guitar Amp DEMO: AER vs HENRIKSEN (Acoustic) 

To my ears, the AER's larger speaker is very apparent. Henriksen now has 8" and 10" available.

This was a really good review. My conclusion is that they are both really good amps and in a live setting it would be very difficult to tell the difference. I really appreciate that you tried the Hendriksen with an acoustic; they seem to promote it as a Jazz amp for use with electric arch tops.

Both amplifiers sound fine, but you’re at the liberty of the pickup system in the guitar being played. Perhaps a dual source pickup system would have a different result. Thank you for the comparison review.

Goodmorning- Almost pulled the trigger on the AER 60-4 AMP. My question is if it’s possible to connect and guitar and microphone for vocals and listen to it all using a headset? This to not disturb other people or neighbors. Also a perfect way of listening to my mistakes since an amplifier is unforgiving! I realy hope this is possible. Now if one day I want to video myself with everything plugged in- what type (!) of mic do you recommend in front of the AER speaker for recording ditectly. Thanks again Jsper

which is louder? the aer being 60w and the blu 120w

AER sounds cleaner even better for jazz imo not to mention classical guitars
