Beautiful guitar and great playing as always.For the record though the middle position on the switch is actually the neck pickup alone(not both pickups on).The old wiring was position 1-bridge pickup/position 2-neck pickup/position 3-neck pickup with dark tone circuit.Interestingly on my 52 reissue Tele which came with the same wiring I am able to get both pickups on when carefully setting the switch between positions 1 and 2 giving it a fourth 'hidden' sound.

By far my favorite telecaster color and everything. Such a common guitar in the mid 50’s yet almost impossible to get that exact color from the Custom Shop today.

Tele’s have a tough time producing 5 position harmonics when playing the neck pickup. Just part of the thang. Loving this tele though.

It’s because the neck pickup is right at the harmonic node, where the twelfth fret would be if it had one. I agree, that’s a great-sounding Tele.

I just got a Fender road worn vintera 50s tele in this colour. Love it. Probably as close to a real one I'll ever get here is Australia. Love the videos.
