With this band. The drummer is the big block hemi motor. The singer is the high octane fuel . And the guitars and bass are the nitro injection. 🤟❤ and they are from Canada.
There's a ton of smaller details in the song that people can apply to their own styles. As you mentioned, they are playing in a relaxed fashion that makes everything flow. Their rhythm lines are not overly complicated for most of the song so the guitars are not stepping on the vocals, but are still providing a sense of momentum and urgency. The use of palm muting keeps the machine gun pace going while still maintaining air space in the song. Considering the vocalist they have, they really work as a unit and don't seem to be fighting for the spotlight.
I applaud you for doing this. Good tips for anyone looking to figure things out by ear, which is not a skill I really developed. For your young guitar player, maybe note that the speed comes with practice and muscle memory. It take time and stamina and practice and requires precision starting slow and building up the speed from there. No one starts that fast and often the hours of practice arent seen, but its a discipline, and requires the time and effort to get better. I used to spend hours playing in my youth to get to this level (and was never at their full level....).
You want a band to analyze guitar play. Lovebites. OMG, M&M will blow your mind. Last time you seen 2 lead guitarists in one band...shredding in Greek Goddess gowns and heels. They harmonize for days and make it look effortless. You won't regret it. The entire band is phenomenal. Start with a surface scratcher, Holy War live ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bgAxpEpEcno.htmlsi=AK8DNMgtxwQ3kQS9. Oh, and the drummer, Haruna, aka little BIG engine is 4' 9". Listen to that pace. She does that for 90-120mins straight. 🤘
Great reaction. Anyway, can i request your reaction to superb band from japan? The band is call "Lovebites" They all The Beautiful Queens Metal band right now in the earth. I really think your cameraman might want to take a crack at UTA's Soulbound first, it isn't as brutally hard and there's an official playthrough by Andrew, the ginger guitarist. 😁😁🎸 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_kXNF0_Ovwo.htmlsi=2n9J4vqPWJb-9E24
