I usually listen to 3 songs of this album. Flatline, Lune and Prayer Position, witch probably is my favourite tune of Periphery! The instrumental jurney of that song is insane! Along with vocals!
Flatline was a lead single I believe, and one of the most "promoted" songs by Periphery at the time, it's a more straight forward song to get fans into their music. I believe that Misha went through a phase where he didn't like to write solos, he was more into orchestral arrangements and layers in the music, it seems that he's gone out of that phase now since there was a lot more solos in P4, but we'll have to see if they decide to have less or more solos in their next project haha, it's honestly a toss up knowing Misha
@@alekoshred well the initial lead single to this album was The Price is Wrong haha, but the other singles for the album where Marigold, Flatline, and Way the News Goes 👍
This song got me back into P3, it’s the album I listen to the least. Flatline and Lune are the songs I listen off this album. P1 and P2 are still my go to’s
I totally agree with the solos. This album is definitely a banger though but it takes a couple listens to love. You’d love Nolly’s play through of Prayer Position! The most badass bass playing ever dude
Lune is definitely better, but Flatline likely has more views simply because it's earlier on the album and generally, people don't listen to an entire album in one sitting. This is a trend I typically see on youtube album playlists. With that in mind, it's cool to see that the gap is pretty small compared to most other albums out there.
yep, it's good that the gap is not so big, and i just found out that Flatline was uploaded a month prior to Lune, so it had a little bit more time to gather those numbers 🤘🤘
1:43 he’s cheating on the tapping. Lol. He’s not muting the strings before he taps. If it wasn’t edited the chord would ring through as he taps. Cool song so play though.
