A Bad bad russian guitarist get slapped by the singer after ruining a song. Un mauvais guitariste se prend une énorme baffe par son chanteur après avoir ruiné une chanson.
What kills me is the little note that comes from the guitar just as he's realizing that the singer is coming to hit him lol. It's like "meep". And then the kind of harmonic note when he gets hit... it's just all so artistic and beautiful.
the drums and bass sound pretty solid and the vocals harmonize and are in tune, i think they suck too dont get me wrong but that guitarist definitely ruined whatever sound the band had
+iTubeYourDadsMinge None of them are stellar players by a long shot but at least they know the song. This guy learned it and never played it aside from once a week at band rehearsal.
Or kill the other guy. Or kill the other guy with a guitar. Or kill the other guy with Eric Clapton's guitar. Or kill.. wait.. ok Or kill Eric Clapton's guitar with the other guy, then quit guitar. Or Eric Clapton's gonna read this, then kill.. me?
real band help each other out...not slap and humiliate a member in front of the crowd. i hope the poor guy left the band and went solo...and did more serious lessons and dedicated practice.
Actually ya true. If its obvious he is that bad and not practising or even remembering the lines/riffs. Ya why did the band even allow him to be on stage and make everyone look stupid. Ya true them slapping him didnt make them any better. It would save the face and alot of trouble if he wasnt even there
Coming from someone who’s performed as a vocalist for over 7 years now I can somewhat feel the frustration. I had a gig once where our drummer dropped at the last minute, I called all of the guys I knew who could nail the drums but they weren’t available so I decided to take a risk on a guy who I knew wasn’t spectacular but could play fairly well, I couldn’t cancel the gig as we’d be liable for the money as it was contractual. On the phone he was giving me all the usual crap about how he could nail the whole set no problem and knew the songs. On the night it was an utter mess, his tempo was all over the place, he was stopping songs in the wrong place and, frankly, it was utterly embarrassing and by the end I wanted to beat him like this! Now, you might say “Well it was last minute so give him a break”. Well, all of the other drummers who I know that play pro would manage it or they would be straight and say it’s too much to learn! Another story that comes to mind was when in another band we needed a bassist for a gig as ours had to leave for personal reasons. We tried a guy out and although he wasn’t amazing he seemed confident and upbeat. We had two rehearsals and then had a gig. Once again it was a total mess. He didn’t bring a backup instrument, had amp problems, accidentally hit the drummer in the head with his bass in a panic and was all over the place, rhythm wise. He quit after one gig in embarrassment. Thankfully, most gigs don’t go this way and the moral of the story is don’t bullshit people and waste their time. You’re either professional and good at what you do or you’re not. 👌🏻
It is so very sad that the guitar player ruined that wonderful opus......I was so very sure that the world was about to hear from these uniquely talented men....Jimmy Page was shaking in his space boots.
The guitarist did a few mistakes, but i would like to say that the rest of the band was the biggest losers there! Playing music should be fun, and not like that..
@@user-bi5xj2qg6p How about the "tough guys" that decided to gang up and slap the guitar player? I hope you try that one day to your band mate and see what happens.
Well think about it what if this was the big day and they have been practicing but the guitarist was slacking off saying “it’s fine I’ll learn it” and everyone was pissed at him failing
The sequences that made this video funny, 1st : slap, 2nd : sound of guitar hitted, 3rd : sound of laught, 4th : the bassist reaction.😂. No matter how often I played, this video always make laught, thank you my fellow russian for making this hilarious video.
Lol I remember plenty of shows like that..piss we opened up for DRI I got so excited I forgot to plug in. Played the whole first song like didn't even realize it. Good thing I was on bass lol..
They should have all slapped each other. They were all bad. But u feel for the guitarist bwcause I am a guitar player myself and I make mistakes all the time. No one deserves to be treated like that regardless of what they did.
i played in my grade 8 talent show and on one downstroke accidentally hit my volume knob and my guitar turned itself off. took me like 2 bars to realize what was going on and turn the volume back on. luckily it was an instrumental tune
@@washburnepiphone Yah it's true bro, it was published in some local news, now I am not able to find it.5 years back I felt guilty for laughing at first glance but later when I learned about it, I felt bad. That guy was already going through depression.
I think that would have been the last day i played THAT guitar. Coincidentally it would have also been the last day the singers face didnt look like i smashed it with THAT guitar.
Although I still laugh at this every time I watch it, I must say the douche bag singer is an asshole. I have played in numerous bands, and have even been in a few where players have completely screwed up like that. Your band is like your brotherhood. In it togethor. Obviously the guitarist is a much better musician than the singer. He played the solo dead on in soundcheck..or whatever that was. His nerves got the better of him. It happens. Sometimes playing in front of a crowd (and I say that very loosely here) is like public speaking. It can be very intimidating. The singer should have been his brother and lifted him up instead of beating him down, imho. Singer and bass player need a good as kicking.
Man i kinda feel bad for the guitarist. Its embarrassing enough sucking at guitar in front of an entire crowd, but to also get slapped in the face by your singer for doing so terrible...thats gotta be awkward.
Dramatic. I feel an unbearable sadness that makes me cry. My body's shivering. This poor guy is just not talented. Just doing what he can. But his "mates" musicians (can we say so?) don't even realize it. They humiliate him in public, wickedly. The guy is so helpless that he does not know what to do. Those who beat animals make me feel the same pain. 560 people like this video, and more. I do not feel well in such a life, surrounded by so many morons. God?!
+Maya Ash It is not fun to get exposed to an audience! I really get why someone can get very very angry about it... especially if a member of the band skipped practice.
No you are totally right. I am in a band and we always make sure to tell one another if someone fucks up, keep going. Not only that we practice a shit load before we even get on stage.
