I loved her invoking "Jai Srikrishna" in the beginning. This should be the first & last attribute Hindus should always , always should do. Wish you all the best! From Kerala.

Very good video ...yummy... The lady has the talent charm her confidence n her recipes..food looks 👌👍😋 All the best come/ expand to South India ( Bangalore Hyderabad chennai AP) All the best🎉👍
Excellent, delicious food that i like gujurati food. No comparison, really the dish is filled with love and caring attitude. Homely food. ❤😂😂 Sister chef told only family is allowed to have food, no singles is allowed. I am single & I have no family here . I have mouth watering interest to have your recipe, then I have to request a neighbour lady to come with me and to have food with me ????😂😂you have to bear the cost of lady?😂 Oil is seen too much in each recipe, is not it?
This looks like very very tasty vegetarian food. I would love to see these traditional Indian recipes replicated but with very minimal oil used. You only need as little as a tablespoon massaged into all of the vegetables and then put them into the pan on a slow fry and low heat. It would still taste absolutely delicious. It would take a bit longer of course though still a labour of love. I do like these recipes and how they were prepared. Just too heavy on oil. It's not good for our longterm health.
The people of the area this video was shot in have specifically "evolved" to consume high amounts of fat since the state of Gujarat is pretty dry. This has naturally affected the cuisine, with an ample amount of cottonseed. Although I do agree that a little oil goes a long way.
@@vatsalparmar5740 According to online official sources the life expectancy in Gujrat (where these people are residing) is from 60 - 70 years of age. And that is apparently 8% more, 0.8 years, higher than the rest of the country. Therefore as a whole, it isn't anywhere near as healthy when you compare that to other countries. The fact that they are adapted to how they eat does not mean they are healthy or will live long and healthy lifespans. 77 million Indians from as young as18 are also apparently diabetic. I cook many traditional meals without any sugar at all, or frying, and I can say 100% they are absolutely delicious. I want to live well into my late 90s, as fit and as physically and mentally mobile as possible whilst enjoying all foods prepared in the very highest way. It's simply only a lack of education and not necessarily ignorance with people that still live as we did many years ago. And for some it is plain stubbornness. Like many others, I too want to keep global culinary traditions alive, yet with a enough modern influence that still produces the original flavours whilst enhances health for us to thrive and not fall prey to so-called "inherited diseases." We are in body, mind~emotion and spirit what we consume. Om Shanti Om
@@renda1982 You're entitled to your opinion but I would suggest you to refrain from imposing your views on others. Especially when they are unwarranted and not sought for. One may appreciate your penchant and discipline towards leading a healthier life but at the same time you also need to keep in check your vehemence before making sweeping statements about choices others may make. If you think food is the only contributing factor in varying life expectancy, you can't be more delusional. It is common knowledge that most home kitchens across the world - irrespective of the cuisine - don't cook leaning heavily on fats or spices. In fact, most cuisines have evolved using locally available, seasonal resources. If at all one has to, blame the unnatural round-the-year availability of local and worst non-local produce! The lady here is cooking locally sourced and produced seasonal produce, using traditional techniques and a woodfire stove. No processed food, no microwaves, no non-stick pots and pans - that I believe is the "highest" way possible. For you to assume the larger population "lacks education" or is "plain stubborn" just because they have chosen to adhere to a lifestyle they feel is more in sync with their surroundings reeks of arrogance and is obnoxious to say the least. Quite contrary to your claims of living "healthier" and being healthy in body, mind and spirit! To learn to live in harmony is the primary goal one must try to achieve. You really need to catch up on that! Also the oil you have been ranting over is a fraction of a batch made to serve upto 100+ people. Do some math! Applying common sense always takes one a long way in life, especially when one plans to live into their 90s. About time you use some grease (pun intended!), will help you function better and make you less crankier. Because had you really been in sync with OM SHANTI OM, you wouldn't be looking down on others or try and put them down! Try and be happy. Leading a good, happy life is way better than living for upto 9 decades while putting others down and be a constant pain you know where. ☺☺ P.S. Also the first person to comment on your original post didn't say anything to warrant your vehement response. He in fact supported your view. But you couldn't grasp it and instead took his harmless comment quite personally. Khush raha karo, bhai! 😂😂
Khao piyo mauj karo nahi toh itne pakwaan ki khauj kaise hoti. Groundnut oil is good for health as it is natural. Do more physical work and enjoy the Indian authentic cuisine better than any western ones. The spices added balances the fatty level also.
@@ladeeeedah no offence but it's really oily even one person in having the gravy in small quantity ....you can see in the plate as well... Excessive use of oil...., even though every thing is organic , the oil played a major role in destroying the benefits it could reap.... You can't have this food daily, extremely hazardous for our body.... Once in a while it is good
I love kathiawadi food, but the restaurant restrictions on single folks is disappointing i love rotla. Lets see what the policy for single folks dining when i am in junagadh india
