no loud music, no over the top evil characters, no crazy twisted plots, no overacting - just pure culture and simple everyday stories . all serials were like that - life was innocent and beautiful. This was a full muslim family background serial , but never felt any different , kabhi aisa ehsaas hi nahi hua na kisine dilaaya. parents friends people never taught and said such things. Farmaan, waah janaab. mirza ghalib, mulla naseer kitne saare serials the and full family used to watch on Crown black n white shutter waala tv set. & Today how divided and driven far apart we have been made.. 😞

I just stopped scrolling when I saw Gul Gulshan Gulfam ...took me years back to my school days. Being a Keralite I learned hindi by watching these serials in doordarshan 😌❤️❤️

I toon doordarshan for granted at that young age..... now do I realise and regret the beautiful, meaningful and content-bearing telefilms they would broadcast. I really miss them all. Today's programmes have been bought off undwe the balaji banner. Sad really that they undermine these kind of serials. Those were the days I grew up in where simplicity and relationships mattered unlike today's fake world.

Oye , this serial gave the first sight of kashmir, loved the boat living life n from here it was my dream to stay in a boat house in water ! Loved the loved story ! In same manner , i would see , phir wohi talash n these two serials were knotted in heart so strong , thst even today i feel , phir who hi talash , had a message for my growing life n today that talash has met its destination.! I tried , how almighty all knowing got me to my perfect love of my life ! Gul gulshan gulfam i could'nt watch till the end as i was engaged in my education. Today , i tried my wish to search my favourite t.v shows which had strong impact on my life.! And i'm amazed . i may not watch it but the essence of it when i first viewed is still lingers in my heart n brain . 😘😘😘 Thanks for posting it !! You stole my boundry of joy!
