gulab jamun is the most demanding tradional sweet of pakistan.. it's easy to make if followed by little ticks and tricks.
☑️ always use full cream milk powder.
☑️ patience is the key
☑️ always fry your dough balls in medium low flame.. wait for the balls to puff up by themselves.
☑️use water for making balls
☑️don't forget to soak semolina in water before mixing it in gulab jamun mix
☑️make the balls and fry immediately. don't let them sit on a plate , the bottom will stick on the plate, so just make and dump it in oil.
☑️never use hot syrup, always pour hot gulab jamun into cold sugar syrup for good texture and shape.
☑️always use high quality milk powder .
