In this video I'll be sharing Tahari Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Onion 1
Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
Oil 30ml
Mutton half kg
Tomato 1kg
Red chili powder half teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1
Cardamom 2
Cloves 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
Curd 300gram
Rice half kg
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste half teaspoon
Garamasala powder ¼ teaspoon
Water 750ml
Salt 1 teaspoon
Zafrani color 2 pinch
Mint leaves 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
Green chili 2
