you are very lucky mister sam , i flew with gulf air 787 business class 10 days ago, no pyjamas, no chef cooker, nobody made my bed, they gave me the smallest blanket i've never seen this before, i was freezing, i agree about the comfort. it was amazing. i hope my return will be better

I'm impressed Sam. I love the service of Gulf Air. I mean, which other airline brings a chef on board? And I love the Gulf Air colors. I'm excited about building a scaled model of it now and I will do that after finishing my AM Dreamliner first. The only thing I would have edited out was the "Mohammed, of course" comment. I mean, it was funny, but not funny at the same time.

As a Kid I remember travelling to so many places in Gulf Air. It was the carrier of the Middle East servicing Dubai , Muscat and Bahrain.

The Kiki challenge made my lose my mind. Bravo.

Sam, I would like to add that the new seats on the A320neo are inferior to the old seats on the a320 that were flatbed B/E minipod :(

I was there at Bahrain airport in Dec(2016) and Jan(2017) as I had a transit of 1 full day. My first impression about the airport was that one part of the airport is overly crowded and the other part (if I remember correctly, the side around terminal 11 is so deserted and rarely used). And to mention, the special preference is taken for boarding the Gulf Air to the UK for some unknown reason. As I finished security check, I was pleasantly amazed the staff directed me towards a counter where they freely gave a coupon for a breakfast and meal in the 3rd floor of the airport. Probably within the entire airport that was the most disgusting part. Neither the food was good (the salad was saying please don't eat me I am 3 days old) and while coming back to the UK I opted not to have dinner there again. Probably the story is entirely different for businness class.

Gulf Air is nice. I flew with their business class from Bahrain to Frankfurt. It was really pleasant. Highly recommended.

It’s always a little disappointing when you see the food being taken out of normal flight food containers and made to look pretty on a posh plate.

Bahrain National Airline Gulf Air (GF/GFA) CAN have direct flights between Bahrain to Singapore and Singapore Changi Airport CAN Easily handle any Aircraft to the Giant Airbus A380.

Layout looks identical to JAL Sky Suites on their 777/87. I was on their NRT-ORD flight and it was so comfortable. Makes me want to try the Gulf Air service now (and also get those AAdvantage miles)! I love it when the airlines serve food on a cart, and not from the menu. It just is a much better experience to see and select what you wanna eat! Great review! Loved watching it.

This video is far from representative of how Gulf Air treats its passengers. Indifferent service, inedible food and disregard for safety standards (think straddling a child in a seat that was falling backwards with extra pillows) were hallmarks of my 4 Gulf Air flights not too long ago. Don't fly Gulf. And don't listen to Sam - guy's gone from a reviewer to an advertiser in recent times sadly.
