Important Information, rules & regulations regarding gondola ride: 1) Carrying a valid identification card is mandatory and the name on the ticket should match with the Photo ID card of the person boarding the Gondola. 2) Passengers shall have O report as per the given time-slot for boarding. In no case the passengers shall be allowed to board on late arrival. 3) JKSCCC reserves the right, with or without prior notice to close Gondola G1/G2 or K1 stations, for a particular day or a timeslot, due to safety reasons, bad weather, technical snag or otherwise. In such an event, the passenger shall not claim the right to ride however the amount paid shall be refunded within 7 to 10 working days. 4) Visitors have to buy Gulmarg - K ungdoor ticket prior to booking Kungdoor- Apharwat route. 5) Tickets are valid for 2 hours for Phase 1st and 3 hours for Phase 2nd from the time tourist boards at Gulmarg base station. 6) Passengers reporting late for their return journey shall be fined Rs.500/- per person, besides they will not be allowed to board unless the fine imposed on them is not cleared. 7) Passengers with both phase tickets shall have to proceed for Phase 2nd boarding immediately after deboarding from Phase 1st. 8) The return scanning shall close at 5pm at Apharwat station and 5:30pm at Kongdori. 9) For cancellation of tickets kindly raise cance!lation request using the ""Cancel Ticket" feature on the ticket booking website (jkcablecar.payu.in/cancel), at least 1 day before the visit date. A cancellation charge of Rs. 200/- per ticket for Phase 1 and Rs. 250/- per ticket for Phase 2 will be applicable 10) Cancellation or chargeback will not be approved for no - show on visit date. 11) JKSCCC takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable experience at Gulmarg Gondola, however, it shall not be liable for any person in respect of any loss of or damage to personal property or loss of life, personal injury to any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person(s) negligence or otherwise. 12) JKSCCC is not responsible for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility. You can choose 9 to 11 slot for phase 1 & For phase 2 both slots are ok (9-1 & 1-3) Taking the morning slot for phase would definitely help Rest timing ka itna issue aayega nhi😊
So basically these slots are for entry purpose only, right? That means if I choose 9 to 11 phase1 slot then I must board for phase1 within this slot. And after reaching there I can directly proceed to board for phase2. After coming back from phase2, I can explore phase 1( even if it's past 11am). Have i got it correct?

Phase 2 price for gulmarg gondola 🚠 is INR 1000/- per person It's two way But if you want to visit phase 2, you must have to book for phase 1 Phase 1 ticket price - INR 800/- per person

My mother is aged 51.. she wants to go on pony ride at Thajiwas Glacier but afraid of mouting and dismounting the pony.. so is there any support or cement step which helps in climibing or getting off the pony?

Hi I don't think it's a really good idea to carry a kid at phase 2, although there is no such issue of oxygen for any person at phase 2 if that person/kid/adult don't have any respiratory problems Also you can enjoy enough at phase 1, because at phase 2 it's not allowed to stay for long time Despite if you are willing to cover both phases please follow some advisory mentioned below 1) Identify your kid's health & better to consult any concerned doctor regarding his/her overall health first 2) Carry all necessary things like warm clothes, water, medicines, camphor, portable Oxygen cylinder(easily available in medical stores or online) for safety reasons 3) Do contact number below (J & K tourism helpline) if you have any doubt 088999 41010 See, it's not difficult to visit phase 2, but better to take proper care & safety first Hope this will help 😊 Happy journey in advance!
