Why is the balancing of budgets in Uganda not working out and now i hear Gold is now Uganda's biggest export but it doesn't reflect on Uganda's cities development or unemployment solutions in cities
NB to remove poverty in ours land Acholi is by giving land for industry,bse people with business in acholi can wast alot of money for transport going bringing items from a far distances youths have no job ,those one in Kampala also wasting money for rent small money u will get

This money was Budgeted for and passed by parliament. The speaker has the discretion of where the Parliament should sit. Eg budget reading in either Serena or Kololo.

This regional Parliamentary sitting is as useless as garbage. What special issues will they discuss at the regions which they have failed to discuss in Kampala???. Just another form of Corruption in a broad day light. People should mobilize and block this sitting
Your are right Mr. Bosmic. our Mps are just greedy coz 5b shall be used in feedings, fuels , transports , hotels and there shall be no impacts on local citizens. These Mps have targeted their own hotels so that thy can benefit from these sittings / just accommodating the Ugandan Mps within their hotels to hijack these parts of 5b. No one should brags about bringing parliamentary sittings at regional levels coz it's a shame . The expenses of 5b should have been used for hospital re-stockings , infrastructures dev't n other good dev'tal projects
