Dai, I noticed you ignore your daughter’s inquisitive questions and needs are neglected or answered in annoyance, because you’re busy blogging. Ellie is at the age were she needs your full attention because it’s this age that they absorb too much learning. You need to read to her at least twice a day and try to introduce her with many children books. She asks about the suman, it’s an opportunity to explain to her not just what it is, but by showing her the raw ingredients, & the process of making it. She wanted to help while you’re doing the grating, but you just ignore her. Include her on the process of making it and explain that she cannot do the grating because it’s dangerous but she can help mixing, & wrapping at the same time explaining the process.
