Gumball is definitely one of the most unique shows ever. Not only did it have a wide range of art styles, but it also managed to include almost adult content.
The fan fiction jokes in this show are the best. Edit: Im so mad that this video, with this thumbnail is my most liked (the comment isn’t even that good it’s just an opinion from like one episode)
The fanfiction episodes obviously telling us that they are aware about the show's fanfic and had a blast on making fun of it. The funny thing is, they done it right, that was one of the funniest episode i watched.
I like how the shows humour grew with audience...season one and two were chill asf but once you get to 3 and up its almost as if the creator is aware of the age in which kids start making dirty jokes
That's the great thing about this show, not only did the humor grow but they started adding more story with the characters breaking the forth wall and such sense the younger part of the audience was growing to the point where they could follow an overarching story in a show like that better
@@tarsy_revo1180 the humor grows as the show continue, such as 4th wall breaks and some dirty joke too. At the start is more childish but it gets better and better.
This show managed to add reference to animes, games, cartoons, and adult jokes. Blended 2D and 3D artwork together, actually gave side characters room for an episode, and everyone is different in personality plus give crazy looks. Shows a masterpiece ☺
This show is so good because they actually took into consideration that alot of the audience would be growing throughout the seasons so they made the humor more adult each season
Something I’ve always loved about this show was its comedy. It didn’t try to do what they THOUGHT kids were into. Instead, they combined meta humor and adult humor to make it hilarious. This show never failed to entertain
It’s honestly one of the best cartoons of this generation if not the best ;) is kind of underrated, the jokes are pure gold and I’m amazed at how much they get away with. I’m a 90s kid and at my age this still manages to crack me up
You forgot the scene from "The dress" where Gumball had a nightmare/daydream that he was married to Darwin who stormed into the house full of their babies demanding more kids.
@@Menaceblue3 I think this was originally supposed to be on adult swim but idk why'd they change their minds.. I'm glad they did but I still have no idea why
1:45 the fact that the ship Art of Carrie and Gumball being a thing is freaking hilarious to me considering the fact that artwork was what got me back into watching the show 😂
Everyone's talking about how their parents walked in on them while watching most of these episodes, but not a single one of us is asserting our dominance by saying that we watched **this video** with our parents.
I did something more dominant than that,i pressed the "connect to tv" option during the family reunion in the living room, they all had to watch this entire thing
Also when Alan was talking to these little kids about how fruit is healthy and he's sticking an eggplant fruit into his um, airhole? And then they ask him to do with with a pineapple and he avoids the question lmao its wild
Until now, I never really noticed that box of Tissues beside Banana Joe's Laptop. Things just made a whole lot more sense. I thought my childhood was already ruined, never realized there were clues literally placed in front of us.
3:35--That one came back on me like a repressed memory. Holy crap. I don't think they could have escalated that further without the FCC dropping on the creator's heads.
@@jayjay86443 Ha, the scene itself is the memory. Certainly not getting any flashbacks to any summer camp with my bunkmate in a hot dog costume... I'm kidding.
3:28 My sister was watching this episode with me and my mom walked in when you could see the outside of the tent and didn’t get what was happening. I’m so glad she didn’t come in beforehand.
@@cmm9365 that’s the same age I was when I came across this show in Cartoon Network as back as 10 years down the past television was more popular. Ten years ago things where a lot fun like you were able to watch full episodes of good shows on RU-vid like the old ben 10 before they decided to ruin my childhood with creating omniverse afterwards they created that garbage reboot. I loved watching this show also there were a ton of weird crazy stuff that happened in the amazing world of gumball.
