That was sexual harassment and abuse of power dynamic. Specifically when they refused and Bensen basically says, "Well, if you don't want my 'reward', that must mean you're not doing as good of a job as I think and I should just fire you."
atleast he didn't make them blow bubbles with the gumballs....😓 and yes, it's sexual harassment. any touching without consent, any suggestive talk, and i think any comments on somebody's physical appearance and how good they look can be considered either inappropriate or sexual harassment. him basically saying "twist my handle or i'm going to fire you" alone is sexual harassment by itself. lol
This is kinda why I have a problem with words like misogyny. Because it implies that these kinds of issues are black and white and only happen in that exclusive fashion. While yes this kind of thing does happen to women way more often to men, it's unfair to say that it happens to only women. My thing is, harassment is harassment regardless of who is harassing or is recieveing the harassment, it's still not ok.
No one said it happens to only women. It just happens more to women. Does not mean men can experience the same thing as women. A lot of people get mix messages because many women come forward and talk about their experiences. And yes the media needs more representation of men speaking up about their experiences with sexual harassment or rape from other men or women. Plus when women speak up about their experiences they get shutdown with not all card or called sexist. Does that makes sense
i dont think you understand what word (Misogyny) means, literally there was no females in the whole video but just bc ur so offended by mans existence, u used the word in a wrong context lol
When Microsoft Sam gets shocked about that AyChristene beanie that Microsoft Anna got from the AyChristene merch in davemadson's LT Parodies 227 which is coming soon
I wouldn’t say the term “ you look prettier when you smile” is misogynistic it’s a statement of fact that a smile makes you look more approachable and is generally a happier looking person is more visually appealing than one that isn’t smiling ,so I wouldn’t consider that misogynistic in general wether it be a woman or man. It’s just sexual harassment in this context of the video any other time it shouldn’t be consider offensive or misogynistic to ask a person to smile back in the day that was a form of trying uplift someone and you know that term “pretty smile” but in 2021 you often see women finding it offensive for a man to ask a woman to just simply smile. So I’ll say in conclusion in this context it’s was weird but in a normal setting it’s shouldn’t be seen as anything other than a friendly suggestion.
It implies that a person is not attractive or easy on the eyes just because they don’t smile. The thing is, no woman was in the same position of power to make such comments towards men, so of course most men were the ones who made such comments. It really isn’t a compliment, it would be more tasteful to say “I really like your smile”or “Your smile is very charming”.
@@Xavier_9872 this is under the assumption that men and women find the same things attractive and they just don’t . But there have been test done with babies and it’s a proven fact that you are more attractive and more approachable when you smile, men in general are attracted to a woman that comes off inviting and a warm smile is a clear sign of that . But yes in work setting it’s best that men and women strictly keep it professional between each other . But the term “ you look better when you smile” is just a statement of fact and honestly should just be seen as more than just a suggestion.
@@terrencelee9366 Yes it is just a suggestion, and a fact, but intention is key. Sure, a woman could have said that to a man if the roles were reversed, but they are not; mostly men told this to women. Given the way society approached women, and still does, women are seen as pretty objects, so when you say “you look much prettier when you smile” although it may be a fact, it implies that your attractiveness as a woman/object is not worth as much to that man, any man, or anybody, if you do not smile. It’s work, it should be strictly business, no one goes to get suggestions on their looks.Yes a smile is nice, but there are more ways to say that without implying that someone is less attractive or not attractive at all.
This is crazier than how adventure time ended. Yes on black Dynamite being awesome , I like blow horns rhyming . Plus did you catch the Michael Jackson episode or the episode titled Honkey Kong ? Or the mr Rogers episode? 😆
