If the Governor is threatening to withhold funding, the citizens should give their state taxes to the counties. The state cannot function without their theft.
If everyone can somehow figure out how to get thier state Income Tax and fuel Taxes and Sales Taxes (if Va has Point of Sale Tax) from being immediately taken and sent to the Capitol then yes that would be an incredibly painful blow to the State Legislature. If all Va 2A Counties just Drop the US Dollar en Mass and switch to a Cryptocurrency of some kind that could do it. O.o
I live in Virginia, all these 2A counties would have to declare them selves independent counties, but the problem is most wont. I'd say it's going to get pretty bad here
It doesn't matter what a handful of congressmen think. It is every soldiers duty to not enforce unlawful orders. They have taken an oath to not only honor but to also protect our U.S. Constitution as written and understood since it's creation. Then end.

I live in Virginia and ive spoken to alot of others that are willing to take this as far as it need to be taken. We feel if the national guard is deployed in the manner they're suggesting as an act of war against the citizenry. I hope it does not come to a fight but our motto is indeed sic semper tyrannis. Section 1076 expressly states that the President can take command of the National Guard in any state without the permission or consultation of that states governor... Essentially it only becomes martial law if the president wants it so. Now, personally, I am no fan of Trump. But I dont believe he will allow this to happen considering it affects his base almost exclusively.

I grew up in Northern Virginia and would regularly visit my family in Roanoke & Virginia Beach. I’ve experienced all corners of my beloved commonwealth and my heart aches for what has been happening. In the last few months I moved to California for work opportunities but you’ll be seeing me in Richmond. I may now live in California, but Virginia is in my soul 🇺🇸
