Dowry itself is a foreign term, it's an arabic term. You won't find any word for Dowry in proper Hindi Language and also in the West dowry culture is there. In Sanatan Dharma there is no word like dowry and divorce. Itni bhevakoofi bari BAAT mat kigiye please. You can't even find a solution for anything and you need an outsider who consider you slave and ruled your own country to solve a problem. Just for this one problem you are forgetting millions of atrocious act they forced upon us. If you are a teacher I pity your students. If you decide that i won't marry someone who ask dowry then you can solve at least that issue for you. But you don't have faith in yourself and you are not independent enough to make your own decision.
