Gen Bigirwa I salute you, what you are promoting is a federal system of governance. Only the federal system of governance can provide a solution to the same problems facing Africans throughout the African Continent. Industrialized agriculture and agricultural products would be the first step for every federal state created on the African Continent in order to uplift citizens out of poverty and to match every African Federal State's agricultural products to the international standards.
