It's a tribute band when you can't come up with your own shit. Look at the song credits on appetite For destruction. How many times do you see Steven Adler mentioned. This is like if Phil Rudd from ACDC got a singer and a bunch of players and did ACDC tunes. Wouldn't that be a cover band. Yeah that's what I thought cover band.

But people come to see Adler play Appetite songs. Why would one go see Adler's Appetite otherwise? He's 1/5 of GNR and always will be. Especially Appetite related. There no such thing of him covering his "own" songs. You could however say he's playing with hired guns. But so is GNR at the moment. So go figure.
Great band , Steven was always one of my favorite time keepers, with that said playing the same twelve songs for the last 20 years has to stop , you’re way more talented than that .

@@kerenolivero7097 I agree they are his shows and people are buying tickets but I think the point being made was something like saying van Gogh is a painter but he keeps painting the same picture over and over again for his entire life People want to see more. But if Steven is happy doing that then he should keep doing it. He does always look like he’s having a good time and really, that’s all that matters .

I have heard Ari Kamin sing other songs as well. I think he could hit the notes if he wanted to, but I think he picks & chooses in which parts of each song to play it up. Unlike Axl in his youth, when he always used his vocals to full capacity, Ari Kamin seems to be careful with his vocal choices.

@@KcyHydra, To clarify: I apologize because I am no vocal expert, it was just my humble opinion from the many videos I have listened to of Ari Kamin's singing. I am happy for you that you have vocal expertise, though :) Axl is my fav. singer of all time. GnR is my fav. band of all time. No one can beat nor match Axl, as far as I am concerned. Ari does do a great job at mimicking Axl's vocals & stage moves, but from everything I have watched (I have attended GnR live concerts, but I have not attended Adler's & Ari Kamin's live concerts, so my opinion is not 100% fair towards Ari), while I do think Ari can hit as high of notes (I understand that you have proof that he does not. again, just my humble opinions), Ari does not seem to have anywhere close to Axl's vocal power, Ari does not have Axl's wild energy, Ari does not seem to have Axl's anger from his youth, and he also does not seem to have Axl's charisma. All of these things have added to Axl's stage presence & his vocals throughout the years, and made Axl a unique performer.

@@Rightytightyleftyloosey There is a no borderline of young and old that everyone can agree that. For a rock vocalist, being in the 30s is young to me. And this is Adler's Appetite, not Guns N' Roses. Axl won't be here in our wildest dreams.
