Guns in Shogun 2 be like: 

Wooden canons in fall of the samurai bug out for me I think. I was doing a siege battle and the enemy attackers had them. They shot twice then for like five minutes it just didn’t go off and the animations played for them on a loop. Then towards the end before I won they started again

@@grease4810 wooden cannons are quite finicky but are still better than the Mangonels, but if you play fall of the samurai it’s just best to get Armstrong or Parrot guns. If you play shogun 2, maybe archer spam?

@@deadzone4155 yeah I like my range, but I never used the wooden canons because too shogun like, I’m an imperial stan

​@@grease4810 a unit of levy spear is way waaaayyyy better than wooden cannon in fall of the samurai. I mean it doesnt explode and have terible Accuracy. Wooden cannon and matchlock kachi is the worst unit in my oppinion

Why waste time with wooden cannons when i can just attack and easily win

они по факту самый юзлес юнит в игре, они за весь арсенал в лучшем случае 100 людей убьют, притом они не могут передвигаться и сильно замедляют армию на глобальной карте

@@iltam_sumra_rashupti был у меня бой. И у врага было 2 отряда этих пушек. Только собираюсь ударить коницей во фланг - и тут же залп. Залпы были не болезненные, но немало подорвали мой настрой. Вот так вот.

Cannons are pretty damn useful in Empire once you get the techs for them imo, very useful for displacing the enemy battle line.

@@isimsizanimator1291 Yes they can? The starter cannons are fixed, but once you get the first cannon tech (Sakers I believe) they get horse teams to pull them for repositioning.

@@connorbranscombe6819The canister shot is when you get the horse drawn cannons, you can get it from ottoman empire game start btw. Later in the game you get howitzers that are, in my opinion, very op since they have incendiary rounds and explosive rounds

@@isimsizanimator1291 Starter sakers are fixed,but later tech tree allows demi cannons to be moved,so learn this and maybe shove some lead balls into your opponent's face
