UYI albums were very axlash dominant mixes. I always thought izzy's break up was secretly also up to this fact. his playing and tone was something uniqe but lost in overdubs. true fans know izzy 's presence is about songwriting, arrengement and traffic etc.. but man, his comping soundwise was everything next to a heavy lead rocknroll player, as we know as it is in appetite. we know axl wanted to go to a modern queenesk way in illusions. then he did what he truely wants in chinese greatly. But looks like other boys wanted to stay in appetite mood, more like acdc. so looks like that sylistic change and izzy's loss was inevitable, normal. but i feel sad when I think about it. thanks rhiad, its nice to listen to this. good job...
