Amazing cover 🙌🏼 No matter how often I listen to this, I still get chills. When I was 9 I saw GnR in concert. When Slash played the 2nd solo to Nov Rain I got emotional and started crying. My dad asked why I was crying and I said “It just feels so good” lol. 25 yrs later I still feel it when I hear him play.

This solo is so amazing, the way it creates an encouraging, inspirational feeling is amazing. Yet at the same time, it seems almost as if something sad as happened, like despair, or regret. Maybe it was meant to depict a resurrection after a sad event.
Exactly, it feels like someone is way past his breaking point and you think he's going to collapse, but then he stands and goes on. It is glorious, one of the best solos ever

Great job man! This song changed my life! It inspired me to start playing guitar and the journey that gave me has been priceless! the 3 solos are perfect but my favorite one is definitely the second one. Even though its short, its amazing how one long note can give a lot of emotions

Dude those lower notes from 4:54 - 5:00 were not in the original and it was my favorite part. I keep trying to find it in the original and was getting frustrated. That's genius.

I don't know how I haven't come across this in 7 years, you probably don't read comments after that long but I just wanted to say absolutely top notch effort. I doubt Slash has ever played the original recording exact note for note and I enjoyed your extra "flourishes", which complemented it rather than ruined it which is often the case.
