The reason these things keep happening is BECAUSE the state is raising children. They need to get back to the family unit: mother AND father with actual work ethics who pass that down to their children
That will only happen when voters refuse to vote for the party that gives their tax dollars to women who have children without getting married or intending to keep the father in the life of their child. Single mothers are destroying this country and hard working tax payers are paying for this destruction.
Males need to take responsibility not view themselves as sperm donors. Moving on to the next “in heat” female. How are children going to amount to anything, if 8 are raised by their 45 year old grandmother. The male, one of five is no where to be found, one of two females is in prison the other deceased. I was born in West Philadelphia and also raised there, I spent most of my days playing basketball in the playground, also chillin out and relaxin but then one day a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in my living area. I ended up getting into a fight which terrified my mother. As a result she sent me away from West Philadelphia to the most peaceful area of Bel Air.
