Hell yeah . I love this song moreover. when i want to listen to it i watch your video. Smelly would be glad to see your drummer play his part cuz ... well... it's a great drummer you got
@@paatskie Who cares? It sounds great so only a kid would be bothered that "he is cheating" or that "no punk rockers use double pedals" or whatever silly reason you have for complaining.
@@SWEMartin you can hear (or at least a drummer can) a pretty big difference between single or double pedal. With the double it sounds to ‘computery’, less feeling. But that’s my opinion ✌️
@@paatskie yeah thats true. The pattern become less "gallopy" and a bit more metally I guess. I dont really mind tho but I guess its a matter of taste and I always prefer a steady double kick over a sloppy single kick just for the sake of using a single kick.
What do you know!? A nice surprise to find this in my que. Refreshing to see & hear four guys jam out a NOFX cover & do so live in one take. Excellent job!
Having listened to this song a thousand times, I can confidently say this cover is flawless and I enjoyed it as much as listening to the original song 🍺🍺🍺
I'm not sure if it's what you're talking about. But yes, I noticed that. They've simplified the bass at the very end where it goes "the song's the same", the bass is running up and down and doing some fiddly stuff that they're not doing... Shame to get the tricky bass bit in the intro right, and slack off in other parts.
@@anelectricheart3101 Yeah, that's the part. It goes from the 5th scale degree, hammer onto the 6th, up to the root, then back down to the 6th before repeating the chorus. But it's a nitpick. All in all, great cover.
