@@sylvie3151 depends! If you want a free software, I highly recommend FireAlpaca, it has a fun animation function (it's what I used to draw the cats in this video!). If you want a paid program, I recommend Clip Studio Paint EX. It's pretty affordable and complete. FireAlpaca still holds up to paid programs a lot! There's tons of other programs out there but these are the ones I use and like the most!
