It's not a myth that Runners will sometimes prioritize Fifers/Drummers. Each time the runner scans for a target (roughly every half a second), there's a 33% chance it will search for a nearby playing musician, and if there is one close, they will go after them. The reason you didn't see this is because you're standing so close to it when it spawns, that it charges immediately, and the runner cannot switch targets while charging.

I think this might not be possible to add to a mythbusters, But once in san seb in the corner near the gate at the start there was me, A officer, A bomber and runner. I didn't notice the bomber so instinctively i melee'd it, But before it exploded (I was laggy so the hit takes some secs to, You know, Deal damage or in this case explode the bomber) But before it exploded, The runner got triggered and tackled me as the bomber exploded, SOMEHOW leading both the runner, and me on a high part of that corner, The officer tried to help me as i was dying but his shot didn't affect the runner, But then i think someone shot it again, But in the head, And the runner died, U survived with yellow HP close to red and went on with the match.

did you do using pike in line infantry and use officer charge and melee bomber you will get no frederrick without dying ?

Myth if you use charge to save a player it will count as saving somemone and will be in your stats
