Don't forget making arrangements and the actual transcriptions takes time and effort. Some A LOT more than others. "These paywalls" are literally people working. Huh, this barber dares charging for a haircut? Or "blocking the haircut behind a paywall". See how dumb that sounds? Cutting hair doesn't even compare to being a musician.

@@eduardobenassi3072 Bro...I'm saying that this guy is awesome for giving his talent and labor out for free. If I went to my barber and he went "yo I'm not even gonna charge you" I'd think he was awesome too.

Hell of a tune to try to pick up from the go tbh. Coming from someone who has been casually playing for damn near 17 years now (which is insane to actually say out loud) this rendition definitely takes a little finesse to pull off. Would DEFINITELY recommend not skipping too many steps in trying to learn this without implementing these techniques slowly into your playing. But then again, don’t let me tell you how to enjoy your time w your instrument or how to practice bc I’m no expert by any means lol. Just some advice I would’ve given to 10 yr old me picking up the guitar because I did the same, jumping right into following along tabs to my favorite songs. Learned a lot of bad habits I had to unlearn in order to tighten up the screws down the road.

​@@EraVulgarity sry forr for late reply, but new guitarist here.. what do you mean by "without slowly implementing these techniques into your play"? Like im practicing the tech to play the song so naturally i can incorporate such techniques in other songs. Right? Or due you mean skipping hard parts?

@@andrewgill3203I guess the finger picking and which fingers you use to play the notes in order to smoothly transition into the next parts, since there’s a lot of barring

@@TuningtheWorld Thank you! I wandered the internet for a bit as wasn't sure where to start for a beginner. I almost pulled the trigger on a Yamaha C40/70, then randomly found Thomann Classica Fusion 3BK CW Slim. It had the cutaway for the accessing the higher frets and some electric features too. Plus it comes in black, so had to get that one in honour of the Black Swordsman. I imagine I'll be replaying your video for a good while trying to learn while playing it.

Ye hes nowhere near the 1st fret

Start on easier stuff, you eventually learn to intuit where to put fingers based on distance between frets, as well as which fingers are easiest to slide with

Yeah there's that bit in the second bar of the "chorus where the tab says to play 1st and 2nd frets on the g and the d, but at least to me it looks like his fingers are no where near the 1st and seconf frets

Thanks Marco! This is a Cordoba Fusion 12 flamenco guitar. I have been using Thomastik Infeld nylon strings on this.. pricey but worth the results when recording.

@TuningtheWorld I've tried on and off for years since middle school. I've even had friends who are great at playing guitar, trying to teach me. It's just my fingers. Especially my pinky. I can learn, but if my hands haven't been cooperating all these years, there's not much I can do.

It's going to be easier if you have somewhat grasped the ability to play fingerstyle guitar. So this isn't really a beginner lesson or meant to be for impossible to play either. It'll come with slow practice and time. But maybe learn a few fingerstyle exercises to get your right and left hands to cooperate together.

Thank you. Good catch I apparently have a lapse of bad video editing in that part of the video. 21-24 is the same as 17-20. So when 25-27 (chorus section) come up it's correct.
