(I go through thousands of signs so every penny counts!) -Make sure you order on a "free shipping" promotion. That will save you $100+ -I "make" my yard stakes by cutting "mason ladder." This can be found at most Home Depot stores. You can cut into "H" pieces with bolt cutters. Magnetic Business Cards: I order from Vista Print. On their 50% off sales. Different items have a different percent off. Magnetic cards are usually 25-40% off. I also order banners from here on sales as well.

I have seen your videos as well! Your content is a little more polished than mine. I'll get to that point one day. So far it's fun and it's really neat to see a global community come together on these different platforms.

That literally is a non-factor. I don't think there is anything "legally binding" about those signs. If the individual house has a sign, don't knock on the door. Otherwise, it's business an normal.

Try it when more people are home in the evenings and weekends. Keep your pitch short, 5-10 seconds. Don't burn any bridges. Leave a yard sign at the neighborhood entrance. Leave door hanger/flyers at the jobs you do not get a response from. Have a strong call to action to get people to ask for a quote.

We don't typically ask. Clients can toss it out if they don't like and we have already left. Most leave them out for a few weeks.

We have paper and magnetic. paper is handed to people who ask for cards directly. magnetic are used when they could get wet.

probably 1/2 percent. It's tough to track specifically. It's a lot higher percent when doing a 5-around. Lower percent when passing out a LOT of cards.

Nope, The signs are disposable. If clients don't like it I tell them to toss it in the bin.

Depends. Most house around here still need 1-3 times a year cleaning, even with the guards.

100% depends on your location. I'd reach out to a local small business resource at your county.
