Dr. Ashni Singh, the minister of finance is world renowned for his ability with numbers and is recognized by the IMF and the World Bank for his financial and business acumen. Guyana's ability to repay all and any loans is not an issue, the major financial institutions worldwide knows this.

There are more jobs than workers here at this time, any one who wants to work can get a job, but you have to get off your butt and go apply at the job sites.
