I would like to be at Hassa tasting 😊. Florida Hassa always fresh, had the big ones many times, never come across a husky one, always delicious. But obviously Guyana fish in general, always the best. Enjoy !

Guyana foods are more tasty , in terms of flavours, textures .I agree with you Denny . Not just fishes in Guyana that are tastier but also fresh fruits and vegetables. And yes, we are not condemning any other countries. I think it's to do with environmental , and farming qualities which include water, naturalness of the soils, air and pollution. Obviously, fresh foods are tastier than frozen.

Wow!!! Yummy!!! We love both Guyana and Florida hassar , however, Guyana hassar have a better organic taste. You and Ms Lynch did a great cooking job.Since you are in Florida go catch some mullet in Melbourne. You can also compare Florida mullet to Guyana mullet on “ another adventure”
It depends where you catch the hassah, Hassa in Florida is caught in many places, not only lakes, Florida has many waterways like Guyana, and finally Florida hassah grows big where as in Guyana they’re caught at all sizes.
